Alliance Navigation LLC was established in 2005 to provide U.S. flag Roll-On Roll-Off ocean transport service to exporters and importers of wheeled cargo.  The company specializes in the transport of rolling cargo such as automobiles, light and heavy duty trucks, SUV's, buses, trailers, road building equipment and trailered non rolling cargo.   

Alliance Navigation provides bi monthly service to  Mediterranean Sea ports and the Middle East region.  Other areas such as the Far East are considered based upon inducement.    Direct regular service is offered to Umm Qasr, Iraq making for the fastest possible transit time (approximately 22 days from the U.S. East Coast).  Since the inception of service we have continued to call at Umm Qasr, Iraq directly without delay or incident.

Our five US flag vessels (m/v Alliance New York, m/v Alliance St. Louis, m/v Alliance Norfolk, m/v Alliance Beaumont and m/v Alliance Charleston) are state-of-the-art RoRo vessels, each boasting four high/heavy decks capable of carrying heavy vehicles, helicopters, agricultural and construction equipment, mass transit equipment, and a variety of other cargo.  The m/v Alliance New York, m/v Alliance St. Louis and m/v Alliance Norfolk each have over 580,000 square feet of total cargo space.  The m/v Alliance Beaumont and m/v Alliance Charleston each offer over 700,000 square feet of cargo capacity.  Cargo up to 5 meters (16.4 feet)in height and 150 tons can be accommodated on each vessel.  

In addition to our five vessels, added US flag capacity can be added via charter should cargo opportunities warrant.

While a high percentage of U.S. flag required (US government impelled) cargo is moving to the Middle East, government impelled cargoes also move to other parts of the world.  Alliance Navigation and its partners, Liberty Global Logistics and Farrell Lines, have teamed up to provide first class service to exporters, importers, freight forwarders and government agencies in need of such service.
